How do I access the Tamaron HOA governing documents?Use the links below to access our articles of incorporation or bylaws. Articles of Incorporation Bylaws Existing homeowners are welcome to access governing documents, deed restrictions, ARC requests and more, by logging into their account and navigating to the 'Documents' section.

What do the annual dues go to?Dues contribute to Tamaron by covering maintenance and beautification, community services, legal expenses, utilities, and administrative costs. We cannot function without the support of our mandatory and voluntary members! Below are examples of what your dues will help fund to maintain our beautiful neighborhood. Lawn care and maintenance for the Preserve and the cul-de-sacs New plants, trees for entrances and other common areas Electric and water bills for both entrances Paper, ink and postage for mailings and Bugles Hall rentals for meetings Tamaron-wide garage sale materials and advertising, conducted twice a year Maintenance of the wall, which is to be painted every 5-7 years Insurance for the community, Preserve and board Tax services for the Tamaron HOA Website and email hosting

Does Tamaron HOA maintain the lakes?The lakes are owned and maintained by Sarasota county. To report issues with the lake maintenance or aerators, contact Sarasota County or 311.

Is everyone in Tamaron eligible to become a member?Yes, all homeowners in Tamaron can join and become a member of the Tamaron HOA. All new homeowners in the following units are mandatory members and are required to pay annual dues. Unit 2 - since Jan 10, 2023 Unit 3, 4 & 5 - since Mar 24, 2022 If you are not mandatory and pay dues, you are a voluntary member for that calendar year and are able to vote at the annual meeting. Who do I contact about a fence or shed?Make sure there are no issues with Sarasota County code or with the Deed Restrictions for your unit. If no issues, proceed with an ARC request. Provide a description of the proposed hedge, shed, fence or other structure, submit to the ARC committee. ARC committee will meet to review and discuss. If approved by ARC committee, they will bring to the next board meeting to approve.

Is soliciting permitted in Tamaron?No, soliciting is not permitted. To report an incident, contact the Sarasota County Sheriff's non-emergency number at 941-316-1201 to report the individual(s), car and license plate. Get a picture of the license plate if possible.

How do I access Tamaron HOA Board Meetings via Zoom?Click on the link in the agenda sent by the Tamaron HOA Board of follow the steps below. If you do not receive the agenda via email, email hoa@tamaron.org. Short Video Guide: How to Join Zoom Meetings On the Tamaron website, click on the Notices and Events tab. Click Details for the respective meeting. Scroll down and click on the link under Join Zoom Meeting. 4. If you have Zoom installed, click Launch Meeting if it doesn't automatically open. Otherwise click Join from your browser. 5. Enter your name and allow camera and microphone if prompted. 6. On the bottom, use the Chat to ask questions or provide feedback. Click Start Video to share your camera or Unmute to use your microphone.

Are short-term rentals allowed?We welcome new renters (and potential homeowners) in Tamaron. Per our deed restrictions, homes in Units 2, 3, 4 & 5 may be rented for no less than 90 days. Not sure which unit you are in? Click here for a map. Homes in Unit 1 must follow Sarasota ordinance which prohibits rentals less than 30 days. Reference: Sarasota County Code, Unified Development Code, Chapter 124, Section 131 To report illegal Airbnb's, call 311 (941-861-5000), visiit www.scgov.net/311 or use the 311Connect mobile app to report a potential code violation.

How do I get an estoppel letter?Property owners must contact the association to get an estoppel letter when they sell their home. Send your estoppel letter request to Tamaron HOA at secretary@tamaron.org. There is a $250 estoppel fee.

Do new homeowners or renters need to apply?No, applications are no longer required for prospective homeowners or renters.
